Workshop for businesses, organizations interested in becoming an IU supplier

Local businesses and organizations are invited to attend a workshop aimed at learning how to become certified suppliers for Indiana University (IU).

Hosted by the IU Bloomington Diversity Supplier Office, this event is designed to provide essential tools and resources for businesses seeking to collaborate with IU.

Community Diversity Supplier Informational Session will be held Friday, December 6 from 9-11 a.m. at Indiana University Northwest (Bergland Auditorium) in Savannah Hall, 3400 Broadway, Gary.

The workshop is open to all business owners interested in supplying goods and services to the university.

What to Expect
Certification Guidance:
A presentation by the Indiana Division of Supplier Diversity on how to become certified as a diverse supplier in the state of Indiana.

Vendor Registration: Step-by-step guidance on registering as a vendor within the IU system.

Bid Process Overview: Insights into IU’s bidding process and upcoming capital projects.

Networking Opportunities: Meet and connect with university representatives responsible for procurement and supplier diversity.
