Fundraiser heading for June 4th drawing
The Derby Day Party and Raffle are the LINKS of Northern Indiana's biggest fundraisers. Done with the Derby Day Party, tickets are still available for the Raffle drawing on June 4th.
Raffle tickets can be purchased by contacting the Fundraiser Chair, Keisha White at kwhite11298@yahoo.com. Participants must be 18 years or older to purchase a ticket.
Funds raised support college scholarships, various program initiatives including STEM activities at Frankie McCullough Academy, a NSBE Jr. Chapter at Thea Bowman, and anti-bullying; awareness of chronic kidney disease (CKD),
diabetes, mental health, prostate and breast cancer; heart disease prevention; and more.
“This year’s raffle prize line-up includes all cash prizes, and no one ever complains about a chance to win money,” said Fundraising Chair Keisha White.
Raffle tickets are available for $25, and the prizes are as follows:
1st Place - $1,500
2nd Place - $1,000
3rd Place - $500
4th Place - $250
5th Place - $150
The raffle drawing will be held Saturday, June 4, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at Community HealthNet Health Care Center, 3503 Martin Luther King Dr, Gary, IND. The drawing will also be streamed live via Facebook on the Northern Indiana (IN) Chapter of the Links, Incorporated page.
