"Migrating Through History in the Media & Arts" is the 2019 theme
The public is invited to attend the Gary Public Library’s annual Black History Month Program, 3 p.m., Saturday, February 23, at the Gary Public Library and Cultural Center, 220 W. 5th Avenue.
Val Warner, co-host of ABC 7’s Windy City Live will be the guest speaker.
The program is free and will also feature local performers.
Refreshments will be served. Library service closes at 5 p.m. on Saturdays.
