Gary and State of Indiana host job fair

Local companies interviewing job seekers
Tuesday’s job fair hosted by the City of Gary and Indiana Manpower and Comprehensive Training (IMPACT) offers job seekers opportunities to talk to local companies hiring in the gaming, healthcare, sales, staffing, and manufacturing industries.
The job fair will be held May 23 at Bethel Church (the old Boys & Girls Club), 225 W. 5th Avenue, Gary from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Applicants must be 18 and over, and should bring multiple resume copies. Business casual dress is suggested for job seekers.
Companies interviewing are Walmart, Speedway, Majestic Star Casino, Horseshoe Casino, Peoples Bank, Community HealthNet Health Centers, UPS, ISM Security, Lippert Components, Trans Chicago Truck Group, TRADEBE, CRST Expedited, and Hospitality Services Group
